Dedicated Offshore Talent Pool

At various periods of time, there are 'hot' technologies which are in great demand in the market. During these periods, talented manpower well trained in these technologies is scarce. e.g, Block Chain Technologies, Cyber Security, etc.

The converse phenomenon is also possible. There are legacy technologies for which talented manpower is also scarce. e.g. persons familiar with COBOL, Assembly Language of IBM Mainframes etc. will not be easily available in the market at the current period.

ACL will take the responsibility to create the required talent pool, train the manpower suitably and make it ready for use by the overseas company to deploy it in whatever manner it wants. The overseas company can assess the suitability of the manpower identified before the initiation of work. ACL will take the entire responsibility for office space, payments to employees, statutory compliances, etc. The overseas company will have the responsibility for work assignment and monitoring.

The overseas company pays mutually agreed amount to ACL for each person provided.

For such model to be effective, the duration of services has to be medium to long term, say, 18 months or longer, This model can be characterized as Time and Material model.
