At various periods of time, there are 'hot' technologies which are in great demand in the market. During these periods, talented manpower well trained in these technologies is scarce. e.g, Block Chain Technologies, Cyber Security, etc.
Dedicated Offshore Center / (Legacy) Software Maintenance
Many organisations worldwide, to this day, use legacy software. developed for IBM’S Mainframes, Digital’s VAX etc. This is due to prohibitive costs of redevelopment of the existing software.
Need-based / Offshore Software Testing
ACL can undertake testing of new software developed by the overseas company. The software can be System or Application Software. Tools required for testing would be made available to the team by the overseas company. Such testing would be undertaken in specific domains in which competence exists with the ACL.
Collaborative Software Development
An offshore team can be created as an extension of the development team of the overseas company. The offshore development team works on the same development environment, remotely connected through internet or a dedicated leased line.
Onsite Placement of Skilled Manpower
On specific demands, ACL can provide onsite manpower to the overseas company. The domains where the manpower is required and the skill areas to be specialized in, will be specified by the overseas company.
Software Porting
Software developed under a certain environment, e.g., OS, Programming Language, Database, etc., can be ported to a different environment.
Joint Venture
A Joint Venture can be floated where the Overseas Company and ACL hold certain percentages of equity.
